Probably many of you would agree that mosquitoes are one of the most annoying pests. Summer is season when there are too mosquitoes. It seems that these insects are all around us. Well, during the hot summer days, last thing you need it mosquito bite, right?
Probably all people were bitten by mosquito, but did you know that mosquitoes bite certain people more frequently? Namely, some individuals are more susceptible to mosquito bites than others. There are certain factors and conditions that significantly increase the risk of being bitten by mosquitoes.
Even though some of these conditions are inevitable, you still can control some of them and thus avoid these annoying bites.
Mosquitoes first catch the odors that give off the bacteria present in someone’s body and then they bite that person. This odor is released by human skin and it somehow attracts insects.

Blood type – Blood type 0 is more prone to mosquito bites. Studies showed that this blood type is 83% more likely to be stung by mosquitoes. Undoubtedly, these are great news for those who do not belong to this group, but quite bad for those who do.
Drinking alcoholic beverages – Sweat that segregates after you drink alcoholic beverages, beer in particular, attracts mosquitoes. During one experiment, experts came to conclusion that 3 beers caused more than 30% of stings.
Exercise – While you are exercising, your body temperature significantly increases. Your body maintains a lot of heat and that attracts mosquitoes. If you exercise outdoors, it is highly advisable to utilize some lotion to avoid them.
In order to avoid the proliferation of this pest, you should avoid stagnant water in vases, containers and pots. Moreover, it is important to keep the area where you live or work clean. You should keep in mind that the best way to take care of your health is to prevent damages. Use a greater amount of insect repellent and thus reduce the risk of stinging.
Last, but not least, NEVER scratch the snores as they easily may become infected and generate diseases or even more severe issues.
